Crispy Parmesan Chicken

Juicy chicken breast coated in parmesan and almond flour, air-fried to golden perfection. A crunchy, keto-friendly dinner winner.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt & black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Mix parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in beaten egg, then coat in parmesan mixture.
  4. Spray chicken lightly with olive oil spray.
  5. Air fry for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temp reaches 74°C.
  6. Rest 2 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
