Juicy chicken breast coated in parmesan and almond flour, air-fried to golden perfection. A crunchy, keto-friendly dinner winner.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt & black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
- Mix parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in beaten egg, then coat in parmesan mixture.
- Spray chicken lightly with olive oil spray.
- Air fry for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temp reaches 74°C.
- Rest 2 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
